Terms and Conditions

Our service is provided to you under these terms and conditions and any updates thereof or amendments thereto and any related operating rules and policies that are published time to time by WKS.
ONLINE ORDER POLICY

  • If you buy some product online shop like TAOBAO, PINDDUODUO, ALIBABA, JD, etc. Please do not send it directly to our warehouse especially for the one who buy small goods like bags, shoes, clothes,... when you send this product to our address directly we will charges you 5元 to every single package you order through online. If you are here in china we advise you to send to your address first, after collecting and checking them all then send to our address with real information
  • For the customers who are not in China they can talk to our agent so that our agent can help to accept their goods, but as we have mentioned even if you are in Rwanda we will also charge you 5元to every single package.
  • We can only accept your package from online order without any charges when your package is more heaver over 23kg as one single package.

China courier fees ( daofu 到付)
  • Please before you send any Package to our address make sure that you have paid transport fees from Courier Company to our warehouse. This is because many people send their package (parcel) to our warehouse without pay the transport fees to the courier company. Better you pay that money (奇付) before you send any package to our warehouse because when you send it without pay that money ( send as daofu 到付) that package will not be received in our warehouse until you pay that money to our agent in order to collect it in right way. If you use the suppliers and then they send your packages without paying transport fees from courier company to our warehouse we recommended to pay our agent that money before your package arrive in our warehouse as well . We do not add that money (daofu 到付) on shipping fees our company cost you because this can cause misunderstand or conflict on both side customer and company.

UNLOADING FEES
  • In Sea Cargo when you have heavier goods like one single machine with more than 100kg or many goods with many quantity the warehouse need folk to unload that goods, so when we use folk to unload goods we pay money for using it, how we pay when you package is around 100kg we pay 50元, 200kg we pay 100元，300kg we pay 150元，400kg we pay 200元…. If you buy or send a package with more than 99kg make sure that will you pay the money to unload it so that you can pay to our agent in advance before the package arrive warehouse

SMALL PACKAGE
  • If your package is under 1kg like 0.3kg, 0.6kg , 0.8kg we cost as 1kg except only the product we do not cost according to the quantity means the product we cost according to the pieces like phone, tablet, watch….

PACKAGE REGISTRATION
  • Before you send any package to our warehouse make sure that have registered that package in our system with real information so that you can get any update on that package after registration with e-mail message contain code of package start with letter WKS….. Until your customer pick up to the final destination.
  • During registration of your package make sure that the price of product is in dollars ( $ ) even if you have paid in yuan(rmb) the time you bought it. The reason why every price must be in dollars is to avoid the mistake that can be done pricing of product or other reasons like pay back refund. To get the price in dollars ($) you can use online rate that can help you to show you money in different currencies
REFUND ON PHONE (TABLET) ABOVE 500$
  • The Phone that we pay full refunded is the phone that under or equal to 500$ as one phone as its cost, if your phone is above 500$ and you need to get full refunded when damaged or lost you will add 10% of the remaining amount above 500$. For example the cost of your phone is 600$ and you need full refunded when your phone get any problem This is how we will calculate 10% that will be added on normal shipping fees 600$-500$= 100$, then 10% of 100$ = 10$. This 10$ will be added to the normal shipping fees and your phone granted to be paid in full refunded as our policy recommended too.
REFUND ON LAPTOP ABOVE 800$
  • The laptop that we pay full refunded is the phone that under or equal to 800$ as one laptop as its cost, if your laptop is above 800$ and you need to get full refunded when damaged or lost you will add 10% of the remaining amount above 800$. For example the cost of your laptop is 1000$ and you need full refunded get your laptop get any problem This is how we will calculate 10% that will be added on normal shipping fees 1000$-800$= 200$, then 10% of 200$ = 20$. This 20$ will be added to the normal shipping fees and your laptop granted to be paid in full refunded as our policy recommended too.
GOODS WE ADD 10% OF THE COST OF PRODUCT ON NORMAL SHPPING FEES
  • Electronic device All electronic goods expect unique product that we charge shipping fees per pieces like phone, computer (Laptop), camera, watches, TV… Other electronic goods that we charge shipping fees per quantity (kg) or volumetric weight need to add 10% of the cost of product
  • Fragile goods This is a product can easy damage also need to add 10% of the cost of product
  • Cosmetics product like make up … also need to add 10% of the cost of product
  • Branded goods like Nike, Gucci, and Adidas…. Also need to add 10% of the cost of product
  • Wedding ceremony clothes like costume, bride dress….. also need to add 10% of the cost of product
PRODUCT WITH BATTERIES
  • A product with battery inside like phone, tablet, laptop, camera, smart watch, Modem… does not charged by weight. Every product that have battery inside need to be charged per piece and can be added some fees on normal shipping fees when it is check and conformed by company due to different reasons like when that product is too expensive,….
HOW TARIFF CHANGES
  • We normally provide you a preference rate firstly, there will be some exact cost in one month after one month we update cost of shipping due to guide line of transportation, at this time price can be change or remain constantly due to the situation of transportation mode. This means that every month we change price of transport

  • By Air cargo the shipping cost calculation is depend on the parcel’s total weight expect Phone, Computer, Camera, smart watch, small Product like document and other product with battery inside, if the parcel is too large in size the volumetric weight is applicable. And also we make calculations due to destination and the shipping way or rout. By Air Cargo nowadays we use two airports (Guangzhou international Airport and Hong Kong International Airport). And also the price can be increase if you need delivery to door service, if you need this service you have to contact our agent first. In the shipping fees you pay we do both transportation and custom clearance. If you need to pay shipping fees only without custom clearance this is applicable to someone who has more than 100kg, if you need this service contact our agent.
  • By Sea Cargo people with many goods like the one who has full container or more than 1CMB we help them only to ship goods and they own do custom clearance at the final destination.
  • By Sea Cargo we can also help you to ship your goods and do custom clearance if the customer wishes that service, on this point the shipping cost calculation is depend on the parcel’s total weight expect Phone, Computer, Camera, smart watch, headset, TV and other product with battery inside, if the parcel is too large in size we make calculations depend on its volume (volumetric weight). Everything on this point we do it like as we do in air cargo only what we change is the price of goods per Kg
